STANHAVEN
A beautifully complex brief for a private home wishing to fullfil multiple scenarios. Set in the wonderful landscape of the east coast of South Africa, with views of the mountains and river, the site was a great starting point.
Simple use of materials, and a stepping floor plan that slopes with the landscape, allows for a flowing series of spaces, surrounding a wind-proof courtyard, and scenic views throughout.
