The 1980s office building is situated just on the outskirts of the historic city centre of the Hanseatic city Lübeck, a UNESCO world heritage site. The property has become part of the wider city's inner fabric, as it continues to grow, situated at the cross-roads of the historic, residential, and business sectors of the city.
