Katy recently completed her MArch at the Royal College of Art. Her final year project, ‘Asphalt Commons’, explored a minimal-intervention framework to activate Manchester’s stadium car parks for community use.
She previously studied her BA in Architecture at Newcastle University, focusing her thesis on designing for dementia. Katy went on to work in Manchester on a range of later-living projects, further developing her experience in designing age-friendly environments.
