Beth has recently joined Studio 8FOLD in 2024, working part time while she completes her MArch degree at the Royal College of Art.

Beth graduated from Newcastle University with a First-class honours degree. Her final project, ‘The Ark of Eternal food’ was nominated for the RIBA Bronze Medal. The project, set in the model mill-town, Saltaire, addressed a range of concepts from the idea of utopia, self-sufficiency to renewable energy and vertical farming. The project was also commended for the Climate Creatives award.

Previously working at Tate+Co Architects in London, Beth has worked on a range of projects from sensitive residential schemes to masterplans and listed buildings, all with a strong sustainable focus.

Alongside her studies, Beth enjoys conversion projects, having previously converted a camper van to drive to Bosnia, she has now converted a canal boat to live and travel through central London.
